EJCC member organization WEACT for Environmental Justice recently joined several entities in participating in the National Research Council of the National Academies series of activities to discuss America's Climate Choices. The series culminated in the publication of the report, "America's Climate Choices". The report argues that the environmental, economic, and humanitarian risks posed by climate change indicate a pressing need for substantial action now to limit the magnitude of climate change and to prepare for adapting to its impacts.
